Summer Camp FAQ

We can only make one week of the camp. If we miss one week, will it affect the other activities?

No - each week is designed to be a standalone week. Our goal was to provide some consistency, but still be flexible for all your summer plans.

Do you provide lunch or snacks?

No - we understand parents have different dietary requests for their children. We ask every parent to provide a lunch and snacks for their child(ren). We are a peanut and tree nut free zone.

We want to reserve our spot for all summer. How do we do that without paying for every camp up at the beginning of the summer?

Please reach out and we can manually reserve a spot for you.

How does the facility handle late or early dropoff/pickups/

We ask all parents to drop off and pickup between 8:30am and 4:00pm. If you will be late for drop-off, please contact us.

We had plans come up and will not be able to make the camp. What is you refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, but we can transfer the session to another session within the 2025 year.

My child has special needs and may need additional services. Can you provide extra help?

Our sessions are designed to empower the individual. While we can make some minor accommodations, we ask that your child has strong independent skills. Please reach out and let us know if special accommodations are needed before signing up.
